The new DepEd Secretary, Sonny M. Angara issued Executive Order Number 61 today, July 22, 2024. This is to clarify the understanding of RPMS for teachers.

The electronic IPCRF form was developed to facilitate the collection and consolidation of IPCRF data of teachers across governance levels. This Manual guides School Heads and teachers in the use of these forms and the process of collection and consolidation of teachers’ IPCRF data.

The Human Resource Development Division of the DepEd’s Bureau of Human Resource and Organizational Development releases the updated version of the Results-based Performance Management System (RPMS) Manual in reference to the implementation of the RPMS Manual and tools based on the first 12 PPST Indicators for SY 2019-2020 which you can download now.

Enhancing teacher quality ranks foremost in the many educational reform efforts toward quality education (RPMS Manual for Teachers and School Heads, 2018).
