The new DepEd Secretary, Sonny M. Angara issued Executive Order Number 61 today, July 22, 2024. This is to clarify the understanding of RPMS for teachers.
Automated Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF) 2018 Downloadable for Free
The Results-based Performance Management System (RPMS) Manual for Teachers and School Heads has been uploaded and shared previously on this same site, together with the twelve Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST) Resource Package Modules. You can freely download the manual and modules by following this hyperlink. By clicking the hyperlink, a new browser tab will open where you can get the files.
The Results-based Performance Management System (RPMS) Manual contains the latest Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF) but in PDF format. But in this post, I am sharing with you the Excel format of the IPCRF 2018 that features the automated calculations for the Rating, Average, Score and Rating for Overall Accomplishment. This Excel format also features the automatic Adjectival Rating based on the result of your Overall Accomplishment. The Excel formulas used is simple and being tested by my co-teachers through manual calculations.
You may download the sample Excel Format of the IPCRF 2018 here. If you can’t download it, please send me a message below and will promptly reply to you.
The Excel format of the IPCRF is based on what is being given by the RPMS Manual. Everything has been copied from there, and rest assured, they’re accurate.
