The new DepEd Secretary, Sonny M. Angara issued Executive Order Number 61 today, July 22, 2024. This is to clarify the understanding of RPMS for teachers.
Results-based Performance Management System (RPMS) Manual for Teachers and School Heads Now Available for Download
The guide how to use the Results-based Performance Management System (RPMS) Tools for Teachers from Portfolio preparation to assessment has been circulated on the internet especially in different social networks in order to disseminate the latest information on how to improve teachers’ quality of teaching and learning process. Enhancing teacher quality ranks foremost in the many educational reform efforts toward quality education (RPMS Manual for Teachers and School Heads, 2018). Different DepEd Regional and Division office has conducted a series of training and workshop to impart knowledge and understanding, to understand and appreciate the RPMS Manual and to develop action plans after identifying the key concepts of the manual.
The same manual is downloadable for free below.
I have also added the twelve modules as an additional resource for the implementation of the new Results-based Performance System (RPMS) for Teachers and School Heads.
