The new DepEd Secretary, Sonny M. Angara issued Executive Order Number 61 today, July 22, 2024. This is to clarify the understanding of RPMS for teachers.
DepEd Central Office Releases Results-based Performance Management System (RPMS) Manual 2019
The Human Resource Development Division of the DepEd’s Bureau of Human Resource and Organizational Development releases the updated version of the Results-based Performance Management System (RPMS) Manual in reference to the implementation of the RPMS Manual and tools based on the first 12 PPST Indicators for SY 2019-2020.
The said manual can now be downloaded for free at the DepEd’s repository together with the updated version of the tools.
A supplemental document containing the list of significant clarifications, additions or amendments to the Results-based Performance Management System (RPMS) Manual 2018 is also available for download.
