DepEd Signals Increase of Public School Teachers’ Salary

The Department of Education thru Secretary Leonor Magtolis Briones signals the increase of Public School Teachers’ salary aside from the recently received increase for the final tranche of the Salary Standardization Law (SSL). 

The recent misunderstanding between the secretary and teachers demanding a salary increase that circulated on different social media must have made the department to announce the increase of salary of all teachers. Secretary Briones issued her statement regarding the said matter:
