The Electronic Self-Assessment Tool (e-SAT) is officially released for the Performance Management and Evaluation System (PMES) covering School Years 2025-2026 to 2027-2028. This digital tool empowers teachers to self-assess, set goals, and track growth aligned with the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST).
e-SAT is a digital self-evaluation platform that tracks progress across 5 KRAs and 14 objectives, auto-generates IPCRF forms, supports mid-year and year-end reviews, and reduces paperwork with secure DepEd email access. It’s mandatory for all public school teachers, including ALS and SPED.
e-SAT matters for PMES 2025-2028 because it offers fair and contextual evaluations with differentiated rubrics for school size, location, and teacher level; less paperwork with no duplicate submissions and digital records only; growth-focused features that link self-assessment to coaching, CPD, and promotions; and multi-year readiness for seamless use from SY 2025-2026 to 2027-2028.
To access e-SAT, log in via official DepEd email on the eIPCRF System, download IPCRF Templates V4.8 (June 2025), complete your profile, set KRAs, and begin self-assessment, then link with COT, lesson plans, and IDPs for stronger evidence.
Quick FAQs: It’s mandatory for all public school teachers; for technical help, contact school IT or BHROD; it differs from RPMS by being fully digital, multi-year, and growth-oriented.
