Training and Education

I was formerly affiliated with the Marist Brothers of the Schools (FMS) – Philippine Province from June 2003 to December 2021. During my time with the congregation, I had the privilege of undergoing various formative experiences.

I completed a Diploma in Religious Studies at the Marist Asia-Pacific Center in Marikina City from June 2005 to March 2008. This program deepened my understanding of religious life and spirituality.

In 2009 and 2010, I attended the Formation Course for Giving Retreats and Spiritual Direction at the Institute for Ignatian Partnerships and Organization Development (IIPOD) in Cebu City. This course taught me the necessary skills to facilitate retreats and provide spiritual guidance.

In 2013, I had the opportunity to participate in a Buddhist retreat at Lagos del Sol, Lake Caliraya, Laguna, alongside nuns and monks from the Plum Village of Thich Nhat Han. This experience broadened my spiritual horizons and introduced me to different contemplative practices.

Facilitated Recollections and Retreats

I have had the privilege of facilitating various recollections and retreats for different groups:

- Grade 10 Students:

- - Tupi National High School: Conducted retreats at NDMU Farm, Tupi, South Cotabato.
  - Libertad National High School: Facilitated retreats at Barangay Malaya, Banga, South Cotabato.
  - San Lorenzo School of Polomolok: Led retreats at Daceres Farm, Tupi, South Cotabato.
  - And other various small groups…
