Koronadal City Brings you the Second Pyesta Kolon Datal International Folklore Festival 2018

Everybody’s invited to watch and enjoy the Second Pyesta Kolon Datal International Folklore Festival that the city government of Koronadal. Last August 10, 2015, the city government of Koronadal, in participation with CIOFF and UNESCO, in cooperation with the Cultural Center of the Philippines, Department of Tourism and NCCA, the Pyesta Kolon Datal brought to us this big event in the city: the First Koronadal International Folklore Festival.
And for this year, the said event is spearheaded by the CIOFF Koronadal Philippines, in partnership with the Local Government Unit of the City of Koronadal, UNESCO, TPB Philippines, Department of Tourism, DTI and NCAA.
Mark your calendar as the International Folklore Festival will gonna happen from August 11 to 18 this year! A lot of surprises will come to you. For the second time around, Pyesta Kolon Datal International Folklore Festival 2018 showcases the amazing traditional culture and folk arts through a high-energy performance of the different participants coming from 10 international countries.

- ECD DANCE COMPANY OF THE PHILIPPINES- ILOILO CITY
- SINING KAMBAYOKA ENSEMBLE- MSU MARAWI, MARAWI CITY

On how to get there in Koronadal City, there are daily flights of Philippine Airlines and Cebu Pacific Air via General Santos City airport. By sailing, regular vessel schedules of WG&A, Negros Navigation and Sulpicio Lines are possible via Davao and Cagayan de Oro City ports. If you’re coming from Cotabato City, a direct bus trip to Koronadal City by Husky Bus is a convenience. Yellow Bus Lines from Davao City and General Santos City has regular trips direct to Koronadal City.
